The copie of the famous petition for which King James 2nd sent seven Protestant bishops to the Tower. 1688?

Petition signed by Sancroft and six other bishops criticising James II's second Declaration of Indulgence, promulgated in May 1688, for which they were briefly imprisoned in the Tower of London. The other signatories are the bishops of Chichester, St Asaph, Ely, Bath and Wells, Peterborough, and Bristol.
